A brand fit for an industry queen


A true reflection of reality

SAMAS founder Samantha Massey is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Director at The Property Institute and a cofounder of Doyenne, an influential networking group from women in Property Management.


Her brand needed to reflect this formidable status - but also her open and collaborative approach to her customers.

The brand we created and delivered, from website to business cards and leaflets is a great showcase for Sam and her new venture.


Sam is a well-known trailblazer and advocate for women in property management. So it made perfect sense for the images used in her branding to reflect that.


If it was going to reflect its founder, this brand had to stand out from the crowd. The use of bright yellow, striking images and the skyline motif helped achieve that.


Looking at SAMAS' customer base, it was clear that trust is a defining issue when comparing property managers. The brand had to feel familiar and make use of its industry credentials.


As well as needing to be used across all mediums, SAMAS had partnered with a third party to deliver some services, which meant the brand had to be flexible and easy to apply.
